To celebrate our 3rd birthday of Seasons Art Class Takapuna we are giving away three weeks off the course fee worth $150 to three lucky winners. Did you know that you learn about drawing, oil pastels, watercolours and acrylics in our class?

 

Simply join our September course and pay the deposit by 31 August 2022 and you will automatically go into the draw. If you have already joined, you are already entered.

​We run three courses in September 2022 you can choose from:

• Tuesday Morning Course starting on 20 September 2022, 9:30am - 12:30pm

• Tuesday Afternoon Course starting on 20 September 2022, 1pm - 4pm

• Sunday Course starting on 25 September 2022, 10am - 1pm

Terms & conditions​

1. The promoter is: Seasons Art Class Takapuna.

2. The prize draw is open to everyone who booked and paid the deposit for any of our three September 2022 courses at Seasons Art Class Takapuna by 31 August 2022.

3. The draw is open to all eligible bookings, as per the conditions above, even if they occurred prior to the promotion of this competition, and all eligible bookings are entered automatically.

4. The prize draw participants have the right to withdraw from this prize draw by emailing blanka@seasonsartclass.co.nz.

5. Closing date for automatic entry into the prize draw including a full deposit being paid, is 31 August 2022, 11.59pm. After this date no further entries to the draw will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for bookings and deposits not received by the above due date for whatever reason, or for the spaces in our art classes being fully booked.

7. To be automatically entered  into the prize draw all conditions must be met.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice due to any event outside of Seasons Art Class Takapuna’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. The prize is: three chances to win three weeks off the Seasons Art Class Takapuna course worth $150. The $150 fee will be deducted from the full course fee whether the participant pays for the course upfront or monthly. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

11. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted directly via phone or email by Seasons Art Class Takapuna within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. The promoter will notify the winner of the new course fee that includes a deduction of the prize worth $150.

13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

15. Seasons Art Class Takapuna will confirm with each of the three winners if they agree of the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
